This tutorial will show you from start to finish how to build a map, make a terrorist hunt and multiplayer mission, and play the map. The tutorial is 6 pages so get ready for some reading. The things here are not too hard and once you learn them, you will be able to do 3 pages of the tutorial in under 2 minutes.
